About

Designing buildings —
and the business behind them.

My name is Bruno Paschmann, an architect from Munich, Germany, and the founder of BNP Visuals. Trained at Germany's leading architecture schools, I believe the building industry is ready to be rethought — through modular construction, sustainable materials, and adaptable design.

Today my focus lies where architecture meets capital: real estate development, financial modeling, and the entrepreneurial craft of turning ideas into buildings. I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Real Estate Development at Columbia University in New York.

  • Architecture

M.A. at TU Munich — modular, sustainable, human-centered design.

  • Real Estate

Columbia MSRED — development, underwriting, financial modeling.

  • Entrepreneurship
